Statens innkjøpssenter [the Central Purchasing Body] was established 1 January 2016 and is a department in Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) [the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management].
The Norwegian National Collection Agency in the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) is implementing the contests on behalf of the Government Administrative Agencies, henceforth referred to as the contracting authorities.
The Central Purchasing Body is now working with needs mapping prior to the announcement of a contest for establishing government contracts for overnight accommodation in and outside of Norway. All interested actors are invited to participate in a market dialogue. The purpose of the market dialogue is twofold: First, the Norwegian National Collection Agency shall present the plans for procurements and needs mapped by the contracting authorities. The contracting authority also wants information and input from the market actors concerning execution of the contest.
The market dialogue will be carried out as a digital gathering.
Afterwards, interested suppliers will be invited to participate in one-to-one meetings.
Statens innkjøpssenter [the Norwegian National Collection Agency] was established 1 January 2016 and is a department in the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) By Royal Decree on 13 January 2017, the Norwegian National Collection Agency was granted authority to enter and manage framework agreements for government administrative agencies in the civil sector for selected purchasing areas.
The Central Purchasing Body holds the contests on behalf of the government administrative bodies, hereafter called the contracting authorities.
