Delivery of services for measurement, analyses, and development of test procedures for Sporveien (SPV) Metro and Tram. Technical req. (not complete list):
-Consultancy services with very high competence within troubleshooting in electrical installations (grid analyses, earthing conditions, static electricity, voltage quality etc)
-Supplier must have a wide range of measuring instruments for systems from 0 to 6,2 GHz V from 0 to HV. Current, AC dir. measured to 6000 amp, DC dir. measured to 7500 amp
-Supplier shall be able to develop measuring instruments and methods adapted to SPV’s infrastructure. The Supplier shall be able to develop analyses tools, such as programs and macros, adapted to SPV’s DC infrastructure
-Supplier shall have specialist knowledge of analysis tools within earthing systems and debugging relating to voltage in earthing and construction systems
-Supplier shall have extensive industry experience from electric power, low voltage (AC/DC), and HV
