Implementation of inspections and valuations of properties to determine the basis for property valuations in Narvik kommune (Narvik Municipality). This involves design and distribution of brochures and notices about inspections. Collection of basic data, analysis and assistance to expert committees and administration in connection with assessment rules/frameworks, guidelines and decisions about new valuations. Technical facilitation in relation to data registration, quality assurance and distribution of tax bills as well as first time registration of formula basis for the residential properties.
