Tampere University Foundation sr (Tampere University, TAU) executed a direct procurement of a NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler. The GeoMX is a digital spatial profiler (DGP) that allows combination of high-plex molecular profiling (RNA or protein) from slide-mounted FFPE and fresh frozen tissue sections and keeping spatial information. The device is unique and there was no comparable technology on the market.
