Framework Agreement for Short-term Hire of Vehicles

Statsforvalteren’s (the Public Administrator's) employees need hire vehicles for various tours, site inspections and meetings in different parts of the counties they are located in. The contracting authority also needs individual contracts for hiring vehicles for more long-term needs. The main quantity of the orders is anticipated to be a hire period of one to 2 days. In a number of circumstances there will also be need for hourly hire and in some circumstances a hire period of up to eight weeks. The framework agreement will include hire periods from and including two hours to and including eight weeks. The hire time must be flexible and the vehicles must be able to be delivered back when needed, i.e. when the contracting authority no longer needs the vehicle(s).
