A Framework Agreement for the Procurement of ICT Equipment

Indre Østfold Municipality (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) invites tenderers to an open tender contest regarding A framework agreement for the procurement of ICT equipment. The purpose of the agreement is to achieve a cost-effective and rational procurement of ICT equipment for use at the contracting authority's units and businesses. One framework agreement with one supplier shall be entered. The agreement comprises procurements of: — laptops, — stationary PCs, — monitors, — docking stations, — mobile telephones, — tablets, — meeting room monitors, — other accessories and peripheral equipment such as: • mice and keyboards, • headphones, • covers for tablets/mobile telephones. The list is not complete. The framework agreement applies to the products and services given in the tender documentation's various sections and closely related products and services.
