The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (Norwegian abbreviation: DFØ) wants to notify about a future tender contest where we want to engage one provider/partner who must provide a customer service system for the Agency. Our current contract is approaching the expiration date and we therefore need to address the market and establish a new contract.
The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (Norwegian abbreviation: DFØ) has implemented a preliminary project for identifying the organisation's requirements related to the customer service activities and processes. We are now in the process of preparing the tender documentation with associated requirements for the new system. We are planning to publish the call for tenders as soon as this work is completed. This prior information notice is intended as early information so that relevant tenderers can prepare for the pending call for tenders. We are planning to carry out the call for tenders after the negotiation procedure. The expected start-up of the contract is summer 2021.
