Provision of platform for soft landing services to innovation intermediaries and startups

The Southern Africa Innovation Support Programme Phase 2 (SAIS 2) is seeking tenders from experienced consultation companies to establish a (online) platform for soft landing services for innovation intermediaries and startups in line with the enclosed invitation and supporting documents.

The Invitation to Tender is open to legally registered entities with the relevant expertise in conduct of similar types of assignments internationally and in Africa including within the Southern Africa Development Cooperation (SADC) region.

Examples of minimum of two similar assignments with specifications of the role of the Tenderer in the delivery should be included as references in the Tender.

A Tenderer that is found to have neglected payment of taxes or any statutory social contributions will be excluded from the Invitation to Tender. If a Tenderer is found to have engaged in any illegal or corrupt practice, their Tender will be disqualified.
