The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of toys and art materials. This means that the chosen tenderer must be able to deliver all the requested products in the price sheet and must have a satisfactory assortment of other products that are included in this range of products. The contracting authority need toys and art materials for schools, nurseries, before-and-after-school care and other public institutions. The contracting authority's entities vary in size and have different needs. The procurement pattern will, therefore, vary from entity to entity.
