The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer to ensure the role of contract advisor TBM in the project. The contract advisor TBM will mainly be responsible for assisting the sub-project managers and construction managers in the TBM contracts with contract follow-up connected to settlements for TBM drilling.
