This is a call for market dialogue for the procurement of public transport planning software for the cities of Lahti, Jyväskylä, Kuopio and Oulu (Finland). This is not an invitation to tender (ITT), but a call for market dialogue for possible software suppliers. This market dialogue is about procurement of public transport planning software supply and maintenance for the cities mentioned above. This call is only for information of upcoming ITT. In addition, the cities mentioned above are asking information and comments for planning and defining the upcoming ITT.
Cities of Lahti, Jyväskylä, Kuopio and Oulu are responsible for organising public transport in their authoritative areas. The cities are defining ITT for public transport planning software.
This market dialogue seeks information on what to consider in the upcoming ITT and what kind of suppliers and software is in the market. Participation in this market dialogue is not binding the supplier to participate the tender and is not a condition for subsequent participation in the actual tender. In addition, participation in a market dialogue does not affect the tenderer's position in the actual tender. Respondents and participants in this market dialogue shall not be remunerated for their participation.
Suppliers interested in attending the dialogue are invited to complete and submit an Excel preliminary requirements table and send it by email to address katja.suhonen@lahti.fi not later than 13 March 2019. The table is available by request from Katja Suhonen (katja.suhonen@lahti.fi).
