Bott (the University of Oslo, the Arctic university of Norway, the University of Bergen, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology) plus the University of Agder shall enter into a joint travel agency contract with a professional and innovative travel agency that must assist the contracting authority with optimising a solution that contributes to reducing the total travel expenses.
