Framework Agreement for Contractor Services 2020-2022

The municipality intends to sign a contract with up to 2 suppliers in order to implement contract assignments primarily in roads, water and sewage and contingency assignments for water leaks. Other assignments may also be relevant. The type of assignments that are relevant are further specified in Part II, the assignment description. The procurement will be divided into 2 lots. Lot I concerns contingency assignments plus assignments that are less than 2 000 000 NOK. Lot II concerns assignments between 2 000 000 NOK and 10 000 000 NOK. The municipality will sign a contract with a supplier for each individual lot. Suppliers can give tenders for one or both of the lots so that contracts can be signed with the one contractor or different contractors for the 2 lots.
