The counties will take over the management of county roads from the Norwegian Public Roads Administration from 1.1.2020. The SAMS-ICT project will contribute to give accessibility to ICT systems and software for the employees that will be transferred from the Norwegian Public Roads Administration to the counties from 1.1.2020, so that they can continue to perform their work assignments with road administration of county roads.
Elrapp Kontroll is an App that is used on PC tablets with Android operative systems. The App helps the developer to follow up on operators through spot checks.
Elrapp Kontroll is dependent on VegViseren to find road references and objects connected to the road. VegViseren must be installed on the same device as Elrapp Kontroll in order for Elrapp Kontroll to function.
Buskerud county c/o the SAMS-ICT project therefore wants to go directly to the supplier of the VegViseren software to procure it.
