Departementenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjon (DSS) [the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation] will establish a contract for the purchase of on-line based psychological tests to be used in recruitment and employee development. In addition to on-line tests, the contracting authority needs consultancy services and user support/training in connection with use of the tests. The contracting authority wants a solution that can predict candidate job performance, at the same time being user-friendly for the contracting authority, test administrator and candidates.
DSS wants to enter into a contract with one service provider who can offer:
— test tools (psychological tests, including personality tests, ability tests and a battery of manager tests),
— competence tools,
— courses in the use of testing tools,
— certification of test users for the offered tools,
— advisory services/user support,
— consultancy services.
