Framework Agreement for the Procurement of Water and Sewage Material

The framework agreement will mainly apply for water and sewage material for operations. When it comes to larger new constructions/renovations that are put up for tender, the purchase of materials will usually be part of the offer from the contractor, and thus, not part of the framework agreement. With smaller new constructions/rehabilitations it may be that the contracting authority itself provides the materials through this framework agreement. The call-offs will be mainly be for pipes and pipe parts, although other products such as pumps and overflow, etc. may be included to the extent that these are a part of the tender's product range.
