The aim of the procurement is to enter into regional contracts for cleaning services and cleaning products for the Police. The cleaning service must be provided as frequency-based cleaning. The contracting authority shall conduct service inspections in accordance with NS-INSTA800's quality profile as well as quality profiles as stated in the room lists to Annex 1, Enclosure 2. The service includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Frequency-based regular cleaning services — Floors (including i.a. removal of stains, cleaning of carpets and vacuum-cleaning), furniture and fixtures, walls and ceilings — Contamination cleaning services — Poolishing of floors (including cleaning poolishing) — Glass and glass walls — Entrances — Cleaning products and sanitary products — Mats • Regular periodical cleaning services • Ordered cleaning: The contracting authority emphasises that the contract for ordered cleaning and options can be entered by all locations in the Norwegian Police, cf. point 1.1 in the contractual rules
