Framework Agreement for Electro Materials and Various Electro Equipment

The Contracting Authority shall enter into a Framework Agreement for the purchase of electro materials for use in the entire IVAR IKS' organisation. As the contract mainly includes operation and maintenance, good estimates for the future value of/procurements for the contract are difficult to give. The Contracting Authority therefore emphasises that considerable derogations from the estimated value must be expected. The derogations can go both ways, dependent on the requirement and budgets. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use other suppliers where the requirement for electro materials is included as a part of a larger project, and for electro installation works executed by hired personnel. A complete description of the delivery is stated in the annex to the tender documentation, products/price list, as well as in the requirement specification.
