The aim of the procurement is to offer pupils and teachers in Trøndelag County (TRFK) a digital learning platform as described in the contracting authority´s requirement specifications.
The requirements set by the contracting authority for the learning platform and for tenderers are in the requirement specifications (annex 1 of the tender documentation).
Attention is drawn to the fact that the abidance deadline is 15.4.018, even if it is set to 16.4.2018 in Mercell.
