The aim of the procurement is to offer pupils and teachers in Trøndelag County (TRFK) a digital learning platform as described in the contracting authority´s requirement specifications.
The requirements set by the contracting authority for the learning platform and for tenderers are in the requirement specifications (annex 1 of the tender documentation).
