Helse Sør-Øst RHF and the subordinated health trusts have continuous requirements for legal consultancy services in connection with the organisation's activities. Even though the requirement for legal services is basically covered by the internal HR at the contracting authority, a requirement for external counsel in connection with e.g. missing available capacity or competence for the area is required.
Sykehusinnkjøp Health Trust, on behalf of the contracting authority, is therefore publishing an open tender contest for legal services. Sykehusinnkjøp Health Trust would like to enter into a framework agreement with a total provider of legal services.
