In accordance with the zoning plan for the Løkvoll 4 housing estate, the municipality would like tenders for the engineering design and establishment/construction of municipal infrastructure for the housing estate. It will also be prepared for electricity and fibre cabling. The area is zoned for 28 residential units. Refer to the municipal road standards, water and sewerage standards, standard subscription terms and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's manuals N100 and N200 etc. The engineering design and description must be attached to the tender.
