The procurement´s purpose:
The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the provision of company health services for Vestfold og Telemark County.

The value and scope of the contract:
The procurement's value is estimated to be between NOK 14.0 million and NOK 16.0 million, excluding VAT, including options. The contracting authority emphasises that the estimated value is based on experience, and is not binding for the contracting authority.
The framework agreement period will be 2 years. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 1+1 year. The framework agreement´s maximum length will be 4 years.
