Publication of a RFI regarding the procurement of AV equipment
The Norwegian Tax Administration envisages including the following in the agreement:
- Monitors and interactive boards
- Projectors
- Screens
- Sound equipment
- Equipment for showing films
- USB based meeting room equipment
- Installation material, consumables and components for system integration
There will also be a need for associated services such as:
- Installation of equipment
- Services (troubleshooting/error recovery)
- Relocation and conclusion services
- Other assistance such as training in the use of equipment (may be relevant e.g. for complex meeting rooms such as auditoriums, and any assistance in conducting specific large and important meetings, such as public meetings, to ensure that technical solutions work properly
