The objective and scope of the agreement:
The invitation to tender concerns a framework agreement for commercialisation/ TTO services with one turnkey provider. The consulting services are related to innovation, commercialisation, IPR and research funding. The framework agreement will be adapted for individual assignments and assistance as needed.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority procured services for NOK 4,200,000 excluding VAT per annum for the last year. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
The maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 21,000,000 excluding VAT.
