Framework agreement - Purchase of legal services (process assignments) related to land acquisition in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) wants to enter into a framework agreement for legal services related to process assignments for the Courts of Justice for land acquisitions. The framework agreement shall also include ongoing consulting for cases that could potentially become a dispute before the courts, as well as lectures and courses to ensure transfer of experience from process assignments and consultancy services related to disputes in the above given jurisdiction. The framework agreement will apply for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration as an agency, and call-offs can be made by all divisions in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and by the Directorate of Public Roads. The Contracting Authority shall enter into a framework agreement with up to 8 tenderers. The contract period is 2 years from the date that both parties sign the contract. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for one year + one year, so that the total possible contract length is four years.
