The contest concerns a contract for delivery of telephony and mobile traffic with additional services. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the procurement. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. Anticipated annual value: NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT to NOK 14,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
