Oslo municipality, c/o Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV), henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a tender contest for the hiring of a communications consultant for the project Ny vannforsyning Oslo (NVO) [New Water Supply Oslo]. The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a contract with a provider to safeguard the role as a contract advisor TBM in the project. Central tasks for the role are continuing the dialogue with affected neighbours and neighbourhoods, answer questions and assist in preparing information texts and presentations.
