Asphalt and Asphalt Works, Framework Agreement

The agreement includes asphalt and asphalt/resurfacing works on municipal roads, streets and associated areas. To a varying degree, this can also include asphalt works on bridges, pavements, pedestrian and bicycle paths and squares. Some minor works must be expected where the progress must be coordinated in accordance with the progress of the preparatory works. The new asphalt must contain minimum 10 % recycled asphalt. The assignment also includes general traffic management and documentation to the contracting authority in connection with the agreed works. The work shall be executed, unless otherwise described, with agreed unit prices for quantity-based assignments. The works shall basically be executed in the period from 15 May to 15 October. Works executed outside this period must be an agreement with the contracting authority.
