Bardu Municipality would like tenders for travel agency services. Tenders must include all types of travel services, with an emphasis on flights and hotels. Our aim is that all employees will book their journeys in a portal, possibly by email/telephone to the travel agent. Invoices are, as a main rule, to be sent to Bardu Municipality. As the municipality does not have any good statistics on volume, it is difficult to estimate this. The total turnover on journeys is estimated to be more than 500 000 NOK per annum. The contract will be signed with the tenderer who has the best relationship between price and fulfilment of the requirement specifications. Price will be weighted with 70 % and the requirement specifications with 30 %.
