The contracting authority would like tenders for the development of concepts for modern contract follow-up within winter operations in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA) is responsible for the operation of more than 50 000 km of roads, which is done through hundreds of different operational contracts. An entity development project is ongoing in the NPRA in order to improve winter operations in Norway. One work package in this project is follow-up and management systems for winter operations contracts. Contract follow-up is currently done via several different systems and tools, but it is a fragmented landscape that is characterised by many time consuming manual processes. The aim of the work package is to modernise the system side of contract follow-up.
