General Contract (NS 8405) will primarily comprise:
— establishment of approx. 4 km of main pipelines for district heating,
— establishment of approx. 3 km of main pipelines for district cooling,
— establishment of approx. 4 km of W&S (water and sewage) installation,
— establishment and clearing of approx. 1 km surface water,
— establishment of approx. 5.5 km of main conduits for cables,
— establishment of combined approx. 0.5 km to connect to individual buildings,
— establishment of approx. 2.5 km of new road,
— re-establishment of approx. 2.2 km of road after ditch excavation.
