This is important information that is necessary in order to avoid damage to critical infrastructure and accidents. Skagerak Nett would therefore like to enter into a contract for a coordinated excavation warning service. Skagerak Nett intends to enter into a contract for a coordinated excavation warning service. The contract is for the following services: — data basis: establishment and operation of a database that includes data on the Contracting Authority's pipeline network, with the accompanying base map in the contract area, — services: carry out the following services based on received data and agreed customer specifications: excavation warning reception, cable detection, warning when uncovering critical infrastructure, dealing with excavation damage and a duty scheme for excavation enquiries, — systems: establish systems for registering, processing and follow-up of excavation enquiries from excavation contractors. The systems consist of a customer portal for excavation warnings, access portal that shows excavation activity and inspection of excavation work, — support service for the offered systems. The waiting period expires 10 days from the day after the notice date. Reason for an award of contract without a published notice: Market surveys have been carried out and experience has been exchanged with other network companies on procurements within the service area.
