Tenderers are invited to a Dynamic purchasing system for design and user experience for Ruter AS.

You have a big heart for people and for solving real human needs, either rational or emotional needs. You love to learn about and talk with people and enjoy working in a team. You are not afraid to have strong opinions about areas outside your trade, but you are firm on your professional views. You are passionate about your trade and are willing to take risks to get the best solutions for inhabitants in Ruter´s area. You love to challenge, but at the same time, have a good eye with conventions and principles. You make things that work.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

— Service design.

—— Complete understanding of customer needs.

—— Mapping problem and feasibility areas in customer journeys.

—— Visualisation and communication.

—— User testing, simple prototyping, analysis.

— Interaction design.

—— User friendliness.

—— Navigation and flow.

—— Design patterns.

—— Solutions without graphical interface, e.g. voice control.

—— Visualisation and communication.

— Graphic design.

—— Digital identity.

—— Digital design systems.

—— Illustrations, icons, infographics, etc.

— User testing.

—— Performance measurement and planning user tests.

—— Interview script and recruitment.

—— Field tests.

—— With journey and user observations.

—— Lab tests.

—— A/B testing.

— Analysis of user behaviour.

—— Etablish measurements across channels.

—— Define KPIs and a regime for continual measurement and improvement.

—— Testing behaviour via digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

—— Analysis of sources and big data.

—— Collocation of data.

—— Communication and visualisation of data, finds and insight.

— Prototyping.

—— Communicate hypotheses, concepts and solutions by developing simple (paper sketches, presentations, invision, Flinto, etc.) and more prepared (Java/node, HTML/CSS, Xcode) prototypes.
