The Contracting Authority wants tender offers for a Framework Agreement for cleaning services; daily cleaning and spring cleaning. The health trusts primarily carry out cleaning themselves. The majority of the volume in the agreement is related to cleaning of external office premises, ambulance stations and employee flats. “Daily cleaning” means cleaning carried out as scheduled cleaning assignments one or more times a week. Spring cleaning is cleaning that is carried out once per calendar year.
