The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for company health services (BHT).

The purpose of procuring company health services is to comply with the employer's statutory obligations under the working environment Act § 3-3 and related regulations, as well as to facilitate healthy and safe working conditions for employees in these businesses through the purchase of company health services. The offer shall ensure good accessibility for all covered by the agreement.

The contracting authority aims to be in a position to solve the working environment challenges and ensure the employers obligations in accordance with the working environment Act § 1-1. This means that the units shall carry out a risk and vulnerability analysis, prepare action plans and set targets for their HSE work. Tana kommune shall be an attractive, inclusive and health promoting workplace. The contracting authority has signed an IA contract.
