Sarpsborg municipality wants to procure digital water meters that shall be installed in all of the municipal households. This is a part of a a large project included in the Smart City concept, ‘Smart Vann’ (‘Smart Water’).
The contracting authority wants to establish a communication system through Hafslund nett's Aidon water meters. These meters shall be installed in autumn 2018. The contracting authority therefore wants dialogue meetings with potential suppliers regarding the systems that can develop the technology in such a way that it can be further developed to smart services and smart water products.
