Helse Sør-Øst RHF would like, via this competition, to enter into framework agreements for the procurement of outpatients, somatic specialist health services, with clarifying examinations and treatment. Note: The procurement of rehabilitation services is not included.

Helse Sør-Øst RHF is responsible for ensuring that there is an offer of somatic specialist health services for the inhabitants in the region. In addition to the services that our own health trust provides, Helse Sør-Øst RHF would like to enter into contracts with private providers. Together this shall contribute to Helse Sør-Øst RHF fulfilling its obligation in the region, reduce waiting times and give patients increased choices.

The procurement includes the following main groups within day surgery, medical examinations and treatment:

1. General surgery;

2. Orthopaedic surgery;

3. Plastic surgery;

4. Ear-nose-throat surgery;

5. Eye diseases;

6. Sleep apnoea.
