The Norwegian Environment Agency hereby invites to an open tender contest where the goal is to enter into a framework agreement for supporting the Agency's requirements in connection with renewal and administration of Microsoft licenses. The estimated annual contract value/volume is estimated to 4 500 000 -7 000 000 NOK. The Norwegian Environment Agency is facing a renewal of the Microsoft Enterprise license agreements. These agreements expire 31.12.2017. A joint ICT sector strategy for the agencies under the Ministry of Climate and Environment (KLD). The strategy imply that the Norwegian Environment Agency from 1.1.2019 will be responsible for the ICT systems for the Directorate for Cultural Heritage and the Norwegian Polar Institute. Requirements for consultancy in relation to expansions/co-ordination/merger for license agreements, etc. will occur. It is also important in the long term to ensure access to new licensing opportunities that arise from using cloud services.
