The contracting authority would like tenders for the following equipment, divided into three lots (sub-tenders). Rectoscopes, disposable:
1) Rectoscopes, disposable;
2) Anoscopes, disposable;
3) Ligating instruments for removing haemorrhoids, disposable.
The estimated annual volume per item per lot is given in column D in the annex called ‘Part 2 Annex 1 “ — Price Form”.
All the companies currently use 'hybrid systems’ with multi-use light sources and disposable tubes for rectoscopes and anoscopes. This equipment will be requested in a separate competition. However, it is possible that the surgical department at Stavanger University Hospital would like to go from hybrid systems to fully disposable equipment for rectoscopy and anoscopes, provided that the budget limits allow it. The same applies for Voss Hospital
A contract will be entered into for 2 years, with an option to extend for 1+1 year. The total contract value for 4 years, including the two extensions, is 2 060 000 NOK.
