Bergen municipality shall soon announce a framework agreement for light sources (i.e. light sources etc., but normally not fixtures). We have had the same contract partner for the last 8 years (Auralight). We would therefore like to ensure ourselves that other actors are heard beforehand and that Auralight does not have any advantages in the coming competition.
We would also like feedback from relevant tenderers, cf. the extended description below.
