On behalf of Nordkapp municipality, (the Contracting Authority), we invite tenderers to an open tender competition for temporary staff services. Finnut Consult AS is assisting the administration of the tender competition. The Contracting Authority would like tenders for temporary staff services for the period July 2017 — June 2020, with an option for a one year extension. The contract will function as a parallel framework agreement with three service providers being contracted.
The Contracting Authority has procured temporary staff services in previous years for approx. 1 000 000 NOK per annum. The historical consumption can only be used as an estimate for the expected consumption in the coming period with large reservations as the need for temporary staff varies and it depends on factors outside the Contracting Authority's control. The Contracting Authority intends to reduce the use of temporary staff.
