The service also includes coordination of events and proactive technological assistance to ensure progress and general provision of the services. The Norwegian Defence currently uses Microsoft Premier Support and the support level must, as a minimum, be equivalent to this level in the coming contract period. There is a need for resources who can be security cleared at national Secret (H). Forsvarsmateriell is of the opinion that it is only Microsoft who can provide this services, as they own the rights to the Microsoft products. Furthermore, the contracting authority believes that it s only Microsoft who can provide these services at the required expert level. The framework agreement will be for 2+1+1 years. The procurement will be made in accordance with the public procurement regulations § 13-4. Forsvarsmateriell is of the opinion that it is only Microsoft who can provide this services, as they own the rights to the Microsoft products.
