The scope and purpose of the procurement

The competition is for a contract for excavation services The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a contractor who can execute excavation works and transportation of masses in accordance with requirements.

The machinery and masses shall be provided in accordance with the contracting authority's requirements. The contracting authority will provide pipes and pipe fittings unless otherwise requested by the contracting authority.

The annual estimated value of the contract is between 1 000 000 NOK and 1 500 000 NOK excluding VAT. The volume is only an estimate and must therefore be considered as a suggestion and non binding. The volume can fluctuate a lot from year to year. The degree of self administration of the service may also fluctuate during the agreement period.
