The scope and purpose of the procurement

The tender contest involves a framework agreement for the delivery contractor services.

The selected provider must undertake the following trades with own or external HR (the list is not exhaustive): building contractor/joinery/carpentry — bricklaying/form-work/tiling — Painting/wall papering/floor covering — Tinning — Roofing — Passive fire proofing.

The annual estimated value of the procurement is between 5 000 000 NOK and 7 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The volume is very difficult to estimate as we do not know what projects there will be in the coming 4 years. The value must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding. The volume can vary a lot from year to year.

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into parallel agreements with 3 or several contractors, provided that sufficient suitable tenders and tenderers are applicable.
