This is obtained from a written valuation from an estate agent. The person applying for the loan must obtain this documentation himself. SPK would like access to a service that keeps a continual overview of the price development of sold houses in Norway and which can give updated estimates on individual objects when processing a mortgage. The service can also provide information on the risk zones for each estimate that shall be given. In addition there is a need to have access to a valuation service that shall ensure a uniform standard for the production of valuations for estate agents, equivalent to the estate agent valuation service Etakst. SPK has tried, through previous market surveys, to map whether there are other tenderers who can provide equivalent services. We have not received a positive response to this.
