Refinancing a loan for investments, NOK 126,932,000
The loan shall be used to refinance a loan for municipal investments. The current contract expires 20.12.2016.
We would like the loan to be disbursed 30.12. 2016.
The instalments are paid twice a year (20 June / 20 December)
A fixed interest offer is wanted on the following terms:
Alt 1: Serial loan for various floating interest terms that the loan provider has at his disposal.
Alt 2: Serial loan at a fixed interest rate for 3, 5, 7 and 10 years.
The decision on a fixed or floating interest rate will be made at a later date. Alternatively a combination.
