The objective of contract is to enter into a contract with a contractor for the engineering design service as an interaction contract, and implementation of the renovation works as a Turnkey contract. The renovation works shall be executed for Nils Henrik Abels House, from the 6th to 11th floor.

UiO shall implement internal and external renovation works for Niels Henrik Abels House. Address: Moltke Moes vei 35, 0313 Oslo. The building comprises 12 floors and was completed in 1966. The building was designed by Leif Olav Moen Arkitektkontor AS. The works include internal renovation works for the building structure and technical plants, as well as renovation of windows from the 6th floor to and including the 11th floor. Renovation works for windows shall also be implemented for the 2nd floor. The building's exterior is protected and will therefore affect the external works. Internal works are however not affected by the preservation regulation.

The gross area of the building is approx. 13 000 m², where a typical floor area has an area of approx. 850 m², including toilets and lift/ staircase. The floors subject to the renovation works have a total gross area of approx. 5 082 m².
