The suggested placement of the building and the economic frame requires good and solution oriented cooperation between the contractor and Contractor where i.a. good solutions and area efficiency will be in focus. A sheltered accommodation has many different users, with different needs. There must therefore be good cooperation between i.a. contractors, the Contractor, users and architects to create the flexible and good solutions that will result in sheltered accommodations in Ringsaker kommune that can be used by the different users, with their different needs, without particular adaptations to the accommodations being necessary later. It is important to Ringsaker kommune that the users thrive in the accommodations they are allocated, therefore focus shall be on the accommodations not having a typical institutional character, but that the accommodations are a good home for the users. The building shall be connected to the existing buildings at Tømmerli, which makes joint use of the current services possible.
