This procurement is for Bergen municipality c/o the Department for Housing Management (EBF) and is for a framework agreement for caretaker services for the municipality's housing properties. The procurement is for the provision of caretaker services within inspection and general operational assignments on the housing, which consists of approx. 5200 residential units in Bergen municipality. The residences are divided between both ordinary rental properties and properties for persons with special needs. The caretakeer service consists of general inspection and assignments related to the operation of the buildings, as well as handling and cleaning boss containers.
